SignPals Fest is the first-ever signing-led festival in Puerto Rico, celebrating sign language, Deaf culture, and fostering connections between Deaf and hearing communities. The event will feature interactive workshops, performances, Deaf-owned business exhibits, and much more. Everyone is welcome to attend—whether you are Deaf, hard of hearing, or hearing. Whether you're fluent in sign language or new to it, there are activities and opportunities for everyone to enjoy and learn.

We welcome anyone interested in supporting SignPals Fest through volunteering or sponsorship. As a volunteer, you can help with event setup, guest assistance, registration, or other event-related tasks. Yes, SignPals Fest is designed to be fully accessible to Deaf and hard-of-hearing attendees. We will have ASL interpreters, captioning, and barrier-free communication spaces throughout the festival. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment where everyone can fully engage and participate, whether they are Deaf, hard of hearing, or hearing. If you need additional accommodations, please let us know in advance when you purchase your ticket, and we will ensure your needs are met.

SignPals Fest will take place on Saturday, November 30, 2024, and Sunday, December 1, 2024, at the Instituto de Cultura Puertorriqueña in Viejo San Juan, Puerto Rico. The festival will run from morning to evening, with different activities, performances, and workshops scheduled throughout the day.

We offer several ticket options to cater to different experiences:
Eclipse Pass: Includes admission to both festival days and the VIP Gala, plus access to catered meals, networking opportunities, and an exclusive VIP kit.
Solar Pass: Provides access to all festival activities for both days, including workshops, performances, and exhibits.
Lunar Pass: Includes VIP access to the Gala event, complete with dinner, entertainment, and social interactions.
Early Bird Tickets: Discounted tickets available for a limited time for festival admission only.

Yes! SignPals Fest will feature a variety of interactive workshops on sign language, Deaf culture, advocacy, and more. Some workshops will require advance registration due to limited space. Information about the workshops and how to sign up will be sent to all ticket holders closer to the event, or you can check our website for updates.

Absolutely! SignPals Fest is a family-friendly event, and we encourage attendees of all ages to participate. There will be activities suitable for children, teens, and adults, and everyone is welcome to join in celebrating Deaf culture. The Instituto de Cultura Puertorriqueña is located in Viejo San Juan, a historic and easily accessible part of Puerto Rico. There is limited parking available near the venue, but we encourage attendees to use public transportation or rideshare services. We will provide detailed directions and parking information closer to the event.

Yes, there will be food and drinks available for purchase from local vendors throughout the festival. For those attending the Gala, a catered dinner and refreshments will be included with your ticket. We will have options that cater to various dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.).

Yes, we do offer a refund policy. Refund requests must be made no later than four weeks before the event. After this deadline, refunds will not be available due to event commitments. For more information or to request a refund, please contact us at hello@signpalsfest.com.
